This February has been another success when it comes to vegan food. I’ve discovered a multitude of vegan goodies that will keep my tummy happy and my waistline…well not so lean…
Some of these foods are new launches and others are new discoveries for me, many of which i heard about through Instagram or Twitter. Social Media is such a great tool for keeping a pulse on what’s new on the shelves.
Without further ado, here are my February vegan food favourites.
source url Tesco’s Peanut & Almond Butter
Tesco’s have released a range of nut butters which are made 100% from nuts. If you like Meridian’s products then you’ll likely love these too. They’re also a fraction of the price tag! Tesco’s peanut butter costs £1.50 for 280g (£1 cheaper than Meridian) and their almond butter costs £2.50 for 170g (£1.50 cheaper than Meridian). What are you waiting for?
mail order prednisone Marks & Spencer’s Sweet and Smoky Chickpea Puffs
I’m a big fan of Hippeas so i was delighted to find these chickpea puffs in Marks and Spencer’s. They have a lovely sweet and smoky taste (as you’d expect from the name) and are a good size for a packed lunch. I’m a fan.
buy Lyrica in ireland Ombar Coco Mylk
I’m massively late to the party on this one. I can’t believe that i hadn’t tried Ombar chocolate before February. This bar in particular is so creamy and has a subtle coconut taste to it too. I cannot wait to try some of their other products.
Wall’s Vegan Cornetto
This was probably my favourite vegan launch of February – vegan Cornettos. I sneakily gave one to the non-vegan Cornetto loving boyfriend without telling him that it was a vegan version. It wasn’t until he reached the cone that he realised that it was different. The cone is more of a biscuit and less bendy, but it’s delicious. I will be buying these again once it’s a bit warmer in the UK.
VBites Vegetable Fingers
When i was at primary school i used to eat vegetable fingers everyday for lunch. The chef was creative…
I didn’t think that i would want to see another vegetable finger in my life, but i gave these ones from VBites a go and really enjoyed them. They’re handy to have in the freezer when you need a quick meal.
Aloha Poke Hawaiian Salad Bowl, Taiko Foods, Waitrose
This was such a find. If you need a lunch on the go then grab this Hawaiian Poke Salad from Waitrose. It has rice, tofu, edamame beans and other vegetables with a delicious sesame sauce. I adored this dish and will be picking it up again and again and again.
There you have it, my February Favourites. Let me know what you’ve been loving this February?
