3 London Restaurants On My Bucket List

Vegan restaurants and menus are popping up all over the shop in London, it’s hard to keep up! However there are 3 eateries in particular that i’ve got my eye on.

The Blacksmith & the Toffeemaker

The Blacksmith & the Toffeemaker, a London pub in Islington, has started 2018 with a HUGE change. They said farewell to their meat grinder and rolled out a fully vegan menu, which is completely drool worthy. You won’t find your standard salad or risotto plate here. Instead you’ll find burgers, mozzarella sticks and break and butter pudding. I’ve already decided what i’ll be having when i visit. It’ll be their Green Mac N Cheese Marinara Sauce Sandwich with a side of polenta fries. YUM!

Arancini Brothers Vegan London

At the beginning of the year Arancini Brothers, who are famous for their risotto balls, decided to trial their Old Street branch as a 100% vegan eatery. The good news is that just after 2 weeks they decided to make it permanently vegan. The amazing news is that they gave the vegan community an early Valentine’s Day present and announced that they’ll be making all their locations 100% vegan by the end of February. Arancini Brothers, i take my hat off to you.

There you have it, the top three vegan eateries on my never ending bucket list. I’d love to know which restaurants, cafes and pubs are on your bucket list for 2018, both in London and out.
